SunGuard Advanced Architectural glass can help reduce lighting costs for your project by maximising the use of daylight, providing a more natural environment for the building occupants. Glass with a high light transmission may be utilised to increase the amount of light entering through the glass.

In certain situations, the flexibility of the SunGuard range of products can help reduce glare, without the need for additional shading devices, particularly where large areas of glass are an integral part of the building design and ensure a relaxing internal environment.

SunGuard may also be selected in order to ensure that the building occupants are kept warm and comfortable, high levels of thermal insulation ensure reduced heat loss, keeping energy costs to a minimum.

Alternatively, excellent thermal insulation combined with low solar heat gains (low solar factor), may be used to reduce air conditioning costs.
